Celebrate Spring: Cooking Demo

Spring calls us to emerge in a celebration of vibrancy, along with the inspiration of Air Element. As we cook together we will talk about ways the diet changes in the spring and ways we can reconnect after the hibernation of Winter. On the menu: Lamb, Quinoa Risotto & Asparagus tips & Confetti Coleslaw. Attendees will receive the recipes and ingredients lists if they would like to cook along!
