Spring Self-care for a Strong Voice

As the air begins to stir in the spring and we start opening the windows, our nose & throat go into overtime, a first line of defense to prevent foreign invaders from grabbing a foothold in our bodies. Support this process by having these four throat supportive remedies on hand, along with tips for self massage, releasing tight throat and neck muscles, and both a daytime and nighttime inhaling blend for sore throat comfort.

Experience kits will be shipped to guests for the event; minimum of 6 guests. Yoga or pilates mats are not provided, but guests are encouraged to have them on hand for the meditation portion of the event.
