By the way, there is no pumpkin in pumpkin spice - but you will learn about 5 different herbs: cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, ginger & licorice (you gotta try this!), all of which are beneficial for your digestion and conditioning for your lungs during this metal season. There is a reason why we crave these particular spices during the metal season!
Each guest will receive a tea blending kit and come away their own signature blend of herbs to enjoy through these months as well as lots of great ideas and resources.
