During the months of August and September, our bodies are beginning to settle into fall. In traditional medicine practices, this is the time of year when your body is cleaning house, preparing to slow down for the winter months ahead. There are many wonderful herbs and spices that assist in reducing inflammation and supporting the immune system for this important work. Discover cranberry, cinnamon, turmeric, raspberry, red clover and a few other herbs that may make the perfect late summer tea. Each participant will receive a tea blending kit and come away their own signature blend of herbs to enjoy through these months as well as lots of great ideas and resources.
