Chair Yoga for Everyone

Tired and achy from sitting in your chair?
In the office or at home, this beginner friendly chair yoga class is perfect for anyone who spends a lot of time sitting. Using your chair as a prop to support you, move your body mindfully and return to work feeling refreshed and renewed. This class includes simple breathwork and a brief guided meditation to allow you to reset and refocus your mind and body.
