Take a delicious, well-deserved break with your team to enjoy a fun and uplifting healthy smoothie making class! In this experience, TV host, Bri, will demonstrate how to make a heart healthy smoothie packed with nutritious fruits that your attendees can make at home.
Seeing and experiencing healthy behaviors helps inspire us to live more healthfully in our own everyday lives. Bring a fun boost of wellness to your team or organization with Bri's uplifting, bubbly energy and inspiration.
If desired, attendees may join in preparing a smoothie from the comfort of their homes as Bri guides the demonstration. Bri will send a list of suggested ingredients if this option is preferred. We will conclude with a virtual cheers to well-being!
