Mindfulness Hike Retreat Experience

Join Certified Meditation Guide Amy on a 2 hour mindfulness hike in nature! Participants will be guided on the principles and life changing benefits of practicing Mindfulness. Beginning with a welcome intro, guided mindful walking practice, followed by a hike in nature. This practice will be done in silence so participants can really enjoy the internal experience and nature. Along the way will be brief stops for guidance and weaving in gratitude and loving-kindness. At the end of the trail there will be time to share and a brief closing out meditation. Participants have noticed profound and powerful shifts after this retreat-like experience. They reported feeling more at peace, joyful, and connected to themselves, others, and the planet. This retreat is perfect to help re-set, relieve stress/anxiety, and disconnect from the day to day busyness of work and life.
