Gratitude Journaling and Meditation Workshop

This fun, active, and experiential workshop introduces attendees to the mindfulness practice of Gratitude Journaling. We explore various techniques of journaling and how the influence of writing with gratitude can produce numerous benefits to our mental, emotional and physical health. Through this course we will create a foundation for building a daily practice, that will support you in attracting more abundance, love, happiness and align you with your greatest potential. Class is 45 minutes.

Attendees will Learn:
-Journaling techniques to get you out of your own way, focusing on celebrating the wins in your life, recognizing all the goodness that you already have to be grateful for, and then journaling what you would like to create in your life moving forward

-Followed by a gratitude meditation and creative visualization to create and attract more abundance in your life
