This 1-hour yoga class starts with vinyasa yoga (one breath/ one movement) to heat our bodies and begin to build and move our energy. The second half is the opposite, where we hold deep stretching poses for longer periods of time to help release stuck energy throughout our bodies, leaving us feeling lighter and more at ease.
