Goal Setting Through Creative Visualization

The Subconscious Mind doesn't discern whether something is real or vividly imagined, it simply responds to your programming. Research has proven that Creative Virtualization is one of the fastest ways to re-program your subconscious beliefs and reach your goals faster! This workshop is a powerful and fun way to uncover your heart's deepest desires and goals for your life! Not only will this technique make you feel really good in the moment, but it will also help set clear goals and intentions so that you can take inspired action in achieving your desires!

The first part will consist of journaling exercises to help remove blocks, negativity, limiting beliefs, flowing into appreciation , and then getting clear on what they would like to create or achieve for their lives!

Then participants will be guided through the creative visualization meditation where Amy will guide them to visualize on all levels what it will feel like to have already achieved all they are desiring and most importantly to feel good!

Classes are 1 hour with an intro, journaling prompts, guided practice, journaling insights from the practice, then time for Q&A. Open to all levels and beginners welcome!
