Feel Good Yoga Flow

Join me for an all-levels, beginner friendly yoga class. I guide my classes using simple language that allows you to close your eyes (if you choose) and move your body, without having to look up at your screen to check if you're "doing it right". Combining mindful movement, breathing techniques and guided meditation, your body and mind will feel refreshed, renewed and relaxed after your class with me.

Provider's Education: -200hr RYT with Yoga Alliance -10 years teaching group and private yoga classes -Children's Yoga Teacher (CYT) -Silver Sneakers certification
Provider's Experience: Jennifer is an artist, registered yoga teacher for both children and adults and a certified mindfulness instructor. She offers simple, relaxing yoga classes that allow you to destress and feel peaceful in your body, heart and mind. As a former public school art teacher, Jennifer has many years of experience in modifying classes for all students and teaching with calming instructions that are easy to follow. Her playful style of teaching encourages freedom in expression, as she guides her students to pause and create space in their busy minds, using simple breathwork and mindful movement. Jennifer is passionate about sharing the strategies and tools she has learned for transforming anxiety, focusing attention, being fully present and how to find flow with yoga and creative self-care.
