Practiced laying down on a yoga mat (or blanket), Jerry helps to reprogram the accumulation of tension in the physical body and stress of the mind. These sessions are a journey into the deepest levels of relaxation while still remaining fully aware. Great for the midday slump or to recover energy during those intense deadlines.
How to prepare:
- No experience needed
- Participants will need a comfortable surface to lay down on (like a yoga mat, couch, bed, blanket, carpeted surface)
- A small pillow for comfort
- A blanket to cover up with
The more comfortable you are, the better!
