Elizabeth has been practicing mindfulness and studying emotional intelligence for nearly a decade. She is an engaging speaker and integrative facilitator who is passionate about changing the way we work to foster emotional wellbeing. Awareness and self-care are absolutely needed to be at our best.
Elizabeth became CEO of Mindful Employer after witnessing the positive effects of mindful practices in shifting our mindset over time. The short and long term effects are better than nearly any program she has worked on after twenty years in wellbeing. The ability to pause and develop self-awareness throughout the day helps to lower stress and improve our resiliency.
Previously she was VP Health and Wellbeing at a Global Fortune 500 company with 26,000 employees, and before that was responsible for national client relationship growth and behavior change management within healthcare management.
We are witnessing a paradigm shift in how we do business, which began long before the pandemic. People want to work for companies that are aligned with their mission and values, they want to be respected and experience an investment in their wellbeing.
Outside of work, Elizabeth finds balance through family and community, mountain biking, singing, cooking, and quarry swimming along the coast of Maine.
