Mindful Hatha Yoga

In Hatha Yoga, we hold poses for 3-5 breaths, slowly easing into the pose. Here is where our minds wander or "uncomfortable" sets in and when we notice it and feel it and let it pass, we can get a sense of how this integrates into the rest of our lives; we can practice this during our day when stress and emotional struggles come up. Through this practice, we can train ourselves to detach from uncomfortable feelings that arise in the present moment.
