Conflict Resolution and Stress Responses (Part 2)

This one-hour course is part two in the "Conflict Resolution Strategies" series, and it takes participants deeper into why we use different conflict resolution strategies based off our natural stress responses. Jennifer shares three basic stress responses, and explains how they parlay with conflict resolution strategies. This is designed to help teams and individuals take their conflict and stress awareness to the next level and gives practical tools to reach the innate calming response, enabling participants to better problem solve.
