Healthy Communication and Stress Responses (Part 2)

This one-hour course is part two of the "Healthy Communication Series" and takes participants deeper into why we communicate in certain ways based off our natural stress responses. Jenn shares three basic stress responses, and explains how they parlay with our communication styles. This is designed to help teams and individuals take their communication and stress awareness to the next level, and shares how to tap into our innate calming response that enables assertive communication.
