Especially for kids! This class will be 45 minutes, 30 minutes of stretching and breathing exercises. Followed by a 15 minute discussion of how we recognize the signs of being overwhelmed and our methods of coping with these by reviewing the breathing exercises and stretching techniques.

-How proper rest and adequate sleep shapes our brains and helps us manage stress
About this Speaker
Over the course of the 7 years Penny has been in business, she has transitioned her fitness program to accommodate families who are trying to manage behavior by introducing dance fitness as a coping mechanism to bridge the communication gap for both verbal and non-verbal youth. Penny has been a ZIN™ Member since April 2013 and absolutely loves teaching Zumba classes! She is licensed to teach Zumba, Zumba® Kids & Kids Jr.
