Hacking Innovation

To innovate successfully, you need to be intentional. By designing a culture that encourages and fosters innovation, it becomes possible to nurture the most creative ideas and to achieve results that are radically new. One of the core methods we will explore is the iterative design thinking process, which includes elements of empathy, ideation, prototyping, and co-designing. Additionally, we will cover how friction is not the opposite of unity and how using collaborative disagreement as a source of ideas and breakthroughs can lead to unexpected and market-changing results. We will also explore how fast-growing, successful startups create an environment of speed, innovation, and creativity and how you can do the same. And finally, how fostering a culture that incorporates the best from design thinking helps achieve greater innovation across boundaries.
