Posture, Power, Performance Workshop

Signature program introducing the power of physical awareness and nonverbal communication in the workplace. This is an experiential workshop where participants learn about their own nonverbal/body language blind spots, and get to witness their colleagues transform as we test different postures. Participants are taken through a methodical breakdown of the dos and don’ts of common postures, uncovering blind spots that may be sending unintentional messages.

Attendees Will Learn

-Immediately applicable tools to develop increased self-awareness on the job
-Physical awareness and intentional body language become key tools in managing self-perception and professional image
