In this workshop we will define mindfulness, Discuss what it is like to be in the present moment, and what 3 things help with mindfulness. We will talk about the
key component to mindfulness and what body awareness means to you. There will be tools for breathing (experience some breathing practices easy for daily life), moving energy and energy medicine yoga (short practice to get energy moving forward), and journaling - self study for understanding and transformation!

About This Speaker
Angie is a certified Yoga Teacher with 900 hours of education in yoga and a certified Yoga Therapist through IAYT. She has studied through Nischala Joy Deva and assisted her in Yoga of the Heart. Angie is currently enrolled in the EMYoga Master Teacher Program.
