About This Speaker

For more than 13 years as a Certified Stress Management Coach & Consultant at the Psychological Cooperative of Malec, Herring, & Krause, Debra assisted clients with anxiety and anxiety-related disorders. Originally she used these techniques to ease her effects from stress due to her anxiety, post-traumatic stress, and a compromised immune system.
