About This Speaker
Both Julia's private nutrition practice and group nutrition classes operate on the simple principle that real, whole food provides nourishment on many levels. She works to foster a healthy relationship with food, encouraging clients to find the joy and social connection food can bring. In addition to her corporate wellness workshops, she owns and runs a private nutrition practice, is a whole foods cooking instructor and writes about food, nutrition and health for several publications.
