1:1 Personal Training

Active employees are more energetic, productive and content in the workplace and have less of a chance of developing a chronic disease; not to mention the job satisfaction that comes from the benefits. My Personalized one-on-one training sessions are designed to help your team achieve physical and mental wellbeing both at home and in the workplace. I encourage and coach clients to find their own balance as well as teaching them how to move in a way that is ideal for them and will enhance their health and lifestyle.

My time is priced per hour. Sessions may be 30, 45 or 60 mins in length.

About your Trainer, Grace: Over the past 5 years I have honed my passion for fitness and wellness into helping people feel their best throughout every stage of life. I have honed my craft whilst training alongside Olympic Team GB coaches and now here in NYC I am applying my skills whilst studying for a degree in Nutrition.
