Workplace confusion is often the result of a lack of effective communication and can lead to conflict or mistakes being made. Research shows that professionals can spend up to 80% of workdays communicating – as every interaction depends on a person’s ability to convey ideas and concepts to another – meaning it’s an essential workplace skill. During this interactive workshop, participants will gain the skills and take responsibility for getting their messages across in the way they intend and understanding their colleagues.
