In this class we will explain how breath relates to over all health, how an asana based yoga practice improves your connection to breath through out your days, and finally how all of that prepares you for an optimal meditation practice.

About this Speaker
Sandy is a Forrest Yoga teacher who specializes in working with at risk youth, beginners and injuries. Having worked in spas, yoga studios, chiropractic clinics, juvenile hall and at her own practice for over 10 years, she has become skillful at working intimately in both groups and one on one. Her attention to detail and warm personality create an open space for healing and a deep look inward for her students.
