Mandala Stone pARTy

The word "Mandala" is Sanskrit for "Circle" and symbolizes the concentric circles of life. Coloring mandalas is a form of art therapy meant to relieve stress and increase focus while balancing right and left brain activity to soothe an overactive mind. A perfect activity for Earth Element season where our attention begins to fold inward after the high energy of summer, like a blooming flower closing for the night. Holding the cool, smooth stone in your hands, we will have a time of relaxation and meditation while creating your own mandala stone. Feeling the weight that fits perfectly in your palm is a reminder to stay centered & balanced in stressful times.
