Mental Health Muscle Up! (an all level workout + pep talk)

As a Fitness Professional, Inspirational speaker & passionate mental health advocate Avante offers a multifaceted package of speaking while conducting His live follow-along exercises.

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month: Avante speaks on how physical fitness is hand in hand with our mental well being. Symbolic of perseverance leading to a new found self with time & consistency. One highlighted saying Avante has is "address your emotions & don't suppress your emotions”, then He expounds on that statement by encouraging therapy & venting to one's you trust (which includes seeking mental health professionals). Ultimately, he comes from an angle of offering inspiration and encouraging an active lifestyle while conducting his all inclusive live exercise session (hence the “all level workout” mentioned in the title: he demonstrates lower impact beginner variations of each exercise as well).

Attendees will learn: -Exercise variations to tone up, improve heart health, & increase endurance. -Various examples of how our mental health is harmonious with physical health. -The importance of seeking mental health professionals. -Avante's story & how participants can extrapolate by applying it to their mental health battles. -Lastly, to close the session off: participants will have the opportunity to be highlighted on the webinar by getting cheered on & encouraged by others on the webinar watching them, with Avante's guidance through it.
