As a Wellness Figure, Inspirational Speaker, & Passionate Mental Health Advocate I would love to take part in sharing my unique style of inspiration with you & your organization. My speaking engagements are there to inspire each individual to become accountable for what they have control of in their lives.
I speak on how physical fitness is hand in hand with our mental-wellbeing, as it is symbolic of perseverance leading to a new found self with time & consistency. That then leads to my emphasis of reminding the audience: “address your emotions, don’t suppress your emotions”. I give many examples of why I recommend this from my personal experience of therapy & venting to people you trust, along with using your free-will to take action on positive steps that are revealed to you. This combined approach gives a healthier balance in your life, considering things we can’t control can overwhelm us at times.
You don’t have to fight each battle alone. To end my speaking engagements I have willing participants get a hands-on experience by using exercise equipment as audience members & I collectively encourage them, which creates an atmosphere where they feel valued, included, & highlighted! Most people don’t have an immersive experience like that in their lives, so this creates a moment of confidence which can transpire to them pursuing a healthy lifestyle and/or anything else they may have been apprehensive about.
*40 minute speech length details: Speaking engagements are split with 20 min of inspirational speaking followed by the 20 min interactive exercise session with crowd encouragement (exercise options will be discussed during the booking process: based on age group, expected fitness levels, etc.)
