Participants will learn about the fundamentals of strength-training in phases.
1) Avante will introduce them to foundational calisthenic (body weight) exercises that can be added to any weight lifting program & also leads to enhancing true complete strength (without equipment).
2) He will then break down & demonstrate equipment based lifts, including proper form & how to isolate muscle groups with effective split day patterns.
Ultimately, participants are encouraged to follow along with every aspect of demonstration that Avante shows. If they don't have access to free-weights they can at least do the body weight exercises that he demonstrates and they are encouraged to ask questions if necessary, as he proceeds to demonstrate the equipment-based free weight exercises. Hence the name "Full Body".
He will also include core strengthening exercises, as these are also essential for increasing one's strength for more quality lifts & it's also a necessity for overall conditioning.
Be prepared for Avante 'Body Up' Bailey to give the ultimate hands on experience for participants who are on various levels within their fitness journey.
