Holistic Self Care to Manage and Reduce Stress

This presentation will teach various self care techniques that can be done anywhere to help reduce and manage stress. Participants will learn chair yoga sequences that can be done at a desk that will relieve stress, help one calm down and help one re energize themselves. A variety of breathing, meditation and mindfulness techniques will be taught so that one can find a technique that they feel most accessible.
