Ride or Side Dishes Cooking Class

Side Dishes can be the forgotten star of the plate sometimes, taking a back seat to protein and most times (dare I say it) just being an afterthought altogether.

In this cooking demo we will make quick, standout side dishes using minimal-ingredients to ride alongside your favorite protein or main-dish recipes. I will show you how to liven up your plate by adding more color, herbs and root vegetables to cast something tasty, healthy and new to meal prep, bring to the holiday party, family gatherings or to impress a date!

I’m no self-proclaimed chef but I chose to eat my way to a healthier me after being riddled with chronic fatigue, migraines, Leaky Gut Syndrome and Candida overgrowth back in 2012. I had to get right with my plate while managing a heavy work life. Now, this is my offering for you to find your own work-life balance by prioritizing your own well being one meal at a time.
