3 Healthy DIY Snack Ideas - Cooking Demo

Experience how simple it can be to prepare healthy (and delicious!) snacks for the day or week. Participants will learn how to make 2 different protein snack boxes and 1 protein energy ball recipe!

During the demo, Tessie teaches about:
- The importance of not skipping meals & meal timing
- What macronutrient balance is and how to implement it
- How to fit simple & quick meal/snack planning into your week

Event pricing includes a full demonstration of all 3 snacks, including option to record and have a replay, as well as a handout with ingredient list and directions! Ingredients for individual participants are not included in this pricing.

If you would like to have an experience kit sent to participants with the ingredients needed to make 10 protein balls and a snack box to keep, please let us know by ordering here. Thank you!
