Balanced Nutrition Coaching

Creating consistent healthy habits (without going on a crazy, restrictive diet) is totally doable with the right guidance! As a certified Eating Psychology Coach and Fitness Expert, I can help your team build their ideal wellness routine.

I specialize in:
- Mindful eating
- Macronutrient balanced meals and snacks
- Easy meal planning
- Stress reduction techniques
- HIIT fitness classes (I can teach a class or give a seminar on creating fitness motivation and habits!)
- Taking a behavioral approach to habit change, and more.

Book me for on-site or virtual nutrition workshops weekly, monthly or quarterly so your team can feel energized, productive, and taken care of in and outside the workplace!
