Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga, Vinyasa Yoga is said to work at the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels, thus helping to connect the mind to the body.
Minimum needed: 3 sign ups. Classes with less than 3 people are subject to cancellation. No refunds will be given within 48 hours of the start of the class.
Provider's Education: Shelby trained at The School of American Ballet before dancing professionally for The Royal Danish Ballet and The Boston Ballet, her career as a ballerina spanning 7 years. In 2016, she retired from the stage to pursue a higher education at Columbia University, earning a BA in Psychology, magna cum laude. She has since received multiple RYT certifications to guide Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga.
