Participants will receive a starter kit for brewing kombucha and make their first batch to begin brewing during the class. Demonstration will include the second fermentation process to carbonate and flavor your kombucha with fruits, veggies, herbs & spices. Experiment with different flavors — re-use your SCOBY to make more batches of kombucha.
Brewing kit includes: One Gallon Brew Jar with Lid, Organic Kombucha Culture (SCOBY) & Liquid Starter, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Loose Leaf Black & Oolong Tea, Step-by-Step Brewing Instructions, and Post-Brewing Guide.
Minimum of 10 participants, additional participants up to 20 can be accommodated.
Booking must be confirmed at least three weeks prior to event date for shipping of kits, and once confirmed cannot be cancelled. Class may be rescheduled for a date not more than 60 days from the original date.
