Yin Yoga + EFT/Tapping

This class combines yin yoga with the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). Both of these healing modalities are focused on releasing what isn't serving you both physically and emotionally. By combining the two together you get to experience an even greater benefit!

Provider's Education: 200 hr RYT, Trauma Informed Yoga Instructor through Warriors at Ease, Accessible Yoga Certified
Provider's Experience: Lauren has been teaching yoga regularly since 2018
