Nutrition Counseling and Education

Individualized and/or group nutrition counseling and education. A wide variety of nutrition topics can be provided including: healthy eating, burn out and nutrition, ADHD and nutrition, building a healthy relationship with food, exercise, and your body, nutrition and body confidence, and much more.

Attendees will learn: healthy eating tips, body confidence, nutrition tips for when you are burnt out or overwhelmed, and much more.
Provider's Education: B.S. in Nutrition and Food Science, Registered dietitian
Provider's Experience: Registered dietitian with experience in mental health nutrition, pediatric nutrition, diabetes management, gut health, and more.
