2) Monthly “Spark Happy” Boxes:
Twelve uniquely curated boxes to help you live more Happy. Spark Happy boxes ship the first week of each month, filled with gifts and goodies backed by science to deliver happiness.
3) Monthly Challenges & Community Meetings to hold you accountable.
Each Spark Happy box includes a challenge card - a way to focus your happiness efforts for that month. These challenges help you develop habits throughout the year that will serve you for the rest of your life. Each month, our Year of Happy Community will gather virtually to discuss progress, hold each other accountable to the challenges, and have fun. Community Meetings are completely optional and zero pressure. We welcome sharers and “lurkers” alike (share out or just listen in!).
As part of your Year of Happy, you’ll take the Oxford Happiness Index at the start (month 1), middle, (month 6), and end (month 12) of your year. Don’t worry—we’ll send you the link directly and remind you when it’s time to re-assess. No planning is needed on your part. We’re excited to celebrate with you as your happiness index grows over time!
