Supporting Employee's Mental Health at Work

Now more than ever, many employees report struggling with their mental health. Although many are able to manage their mental health, some employees experience difficulties at work that may affect performance or manifest in workplace behavior that is counterproductive.

Employees will

-Learn how to have conversations about mental health at work
-Be encouraged to utilize support services

About this speaker: Victoria is a wellness psychotherapist bringing over 20 years of psychotherapy practice to her work. She is a graduate of Columbia University’s School of Social Work, completed NYU’s Institute for Psychoanalytic Education, Adult Psychodynamic Psychotherapy program, has certifications in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Integrative Nutritional Health Coaching and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. Victoria is an experienced workshop presenter with topics ranging from mental health in the workplace, increasing emotional intelligence, improving self care, teaching New Yorkers how to cope with high functioning anxiety and anything else related to mental health.
Provider's Education: BA in Liberal Arts from Colgate University, Graduated from Columbia University’s School of Social Work, Certification in Adult Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from NYU;s Institute for Psychoanalytic Education, Certification in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and is a Certified Health Coach from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition’s Health Coaching Program
