Laughing Meditation

Through Laughter Meditation you learn to make a conscious practice of using laughter to release your stress and drop deeper into inner silence and stillness. Physiological changes take place as chemicals are released through the physical act of laughter. The muscles of your diaphragm and core are toned to allow deeper breathing, and the quick exchange of oxygen help to invigorate you on a cellular level, bringing change to your mind, body, and emotions.

This is a 30 minute class.
