1 hr interactive workshop includes:
- Brief education about how stress impacts the body followed by interactive
techniques:
-How to move from "reactive mode" to "responsive mode" within the brain
- A 90 second technique to re-set the nervous system
- Brain training techniques to improve focus and decrease reactivity
- An action plan for ongoing use of the techniques

Attendees will learn: How to actively manage stress in order to strengthen your frame of mind.
