About this speaker: Tessie Tracy is a Speaker, Certified Eating Psychology Coach, former top-10 nationally ranked collegiate cheerleader, and creator of the H.A.P.I.E Goal Method. She helps people finally create a peaceful relationship with food and body, and consistent healthy habits so they can become the next best version of themselves! Tessie does speaking, and has digital products and programs. She’s been a featured speaker and wellness expert for various companies and media platforms, including Nissan, Bank of America, Westinghouse, USC, Well+Good, the Wash Post, Experience Life Magazine, USA Today College and more. When she’s not excitedly creating tools and resources for clients, you’ll probably catch her with a cup of coffee or tea, snuggled up to her hubby Bruce and cat T’Challa, watching a Marvel movie.
