9 Stretches for an Active Workday

Energize your body and alleviate pain!

This routine can be done before and/or after a demanding workday. Each movement is designed to help:

  • Lengthen tight muscles in order to alleviate joint and low back pain
  • Activate the core and legs in preparation for bending, standing, twisting, pushing and lifting
  • Increase oxygen flow in the body for more energy
