Daily meditation allows you to tune into yourself, your truth and your soul wisdom amongst life’s challenges and distractions. This workshop will help students to a take a moment to relax, release and reflect on their lives.
We will use this time for meditation and mindfulness with the intention of cultivating peace within themselves, within their relationships and the world around them.
