Chair Yoga

Learn how to use your desk as a vessel for self-care. We'll explore various stretches to alleviate neck, back, and shoulder pain before experiencing a full-body stretch. To finish. we'll learn a handful of mindfulness techniques to reduce stress and improve focus throughout the day.
