As businesses and organizations return to work, employees may be questioning the safety of the office, feeling an increase in stress, anxiety and tension. This interactive workshop will ease the transition for employees by addressing the underlying feeling of fear. We will discuss the emotion of fear and how it serves to address our need for safety.
In this workshop employees will complete a stress self-assessment and identify their individual triggers, warning signs and symptoms of stress and anxiety.
Attendees will Learn:
-How to identify and cope with stress.
-An understanding of the emotion of fear and how it is expressed individually
-To work through their feelings of returning to the office -To identify their individual warning signs and symptoms or stress
-To develop a Wellness Plan to cope with their stress
