Banish Burnout: Move from Stress to Well-being

This session is designed to teach busy professionals how to prevent burnout and reduce stress in order to experience higher engagement at work while also feeling more energized.

Attendees will learn: 1) Define burnout and how it differs from stress 2) Learn the burnout risk and resiliency factors for individuals and the workplace, including the pressures that can contribute to burnout (chronic exhaustion, cynicism and ineffectiveness) 3) Identify the 12 stages of burnout (discover why it is better to prevent burnout than to deal with it later)

With 20 years of experience in conflict resolution, generational differences, and culture change, he is the author of 20 books and has spoken in over 15 countries.
