Workshop Description
Food can be confusing. Despite knowing which foods we "should" be eating, sometimes cravings, availability, or rebellion make our decisions for us. In this interactive workshop, you’ll stay engaged with tips to eating well when your time is limited. We’ll share myth-busting information on what we’ve been told is healthy versus what actually is healthy. We'll also dive into the emotional component of eating and why we get cravings. You'll leave feeling motivated and more confident in your food choices to energize you without feeling deprived.
