As the COVID-19 pandemic wanes, children and families may be struggling to return to "normal life" after a long year. As adults are the most powerful role models children have, participants in this workshop will learn how to balance talking to children about maintaining precautions, while transitioning back to in-person school, work, and activities.
Attendees will learn:
1)How to set boundaries about what is and is not safe for your household; 2)Teach children necessary skills to cope with anxiety, stress, grief and loss 3) How to process complicated feelings about the transitioning to more in-person activities and support their children in doing the same
