Kali Patrick is a Therapeutic Yoga & Meditation teacher, Sleep Wellness Coach, and speaker who helps clients learn to prioritize relaxation, rest, & sleep in the context of their busy work lives. Kali climbed the corporate ladder in the hi-tech field of User Experience Design, where she eventually experienced burnout. She now helps professionals maintain a healthy mind-body through wellness coaching & practical applications of yoga & meditation.
